Raeal Moore served as the section editor for the Handbook of Mobile Teaching and Learning, which showcases evaluation studies on mobile learning.

Mobile devices have the potential to transform the teaching and learning experience. Mobile devices reflect the fluid and unrestricted nature of learning providing students with a personalized learning environment and anytime, anywhere support. However, more knowledge is needed to better understand the organizational support needed for successful deployment, how best to implement them, and how best to measure their impact.

Raeal Moore, with her colleagues, authored two articles High-Impact Practices: Administrators and Providers Working to Maximize Online Survey Response Rates and The Psychological and Statistical Take on Survey Item Construction in Basic Elements of Survey Research in Education.

These chapters answer questions like: how does a researcher prepare for and administer an online survey project in such a way as to ensure not only a reasonable rate of response from a particular population or sample, but high-quality data as well? How do you know what words to use in a survey question? Publication date is scheduled for 2021.
